For most of my life I have been involved with sports and physical activities, which led me to see many injuries. I have always been interested in helping others, and human anatomy was something that always drew my attention. It wasn’t until high school that I discovered my interest in massage therapy. During my time in high school I was doing taekwondo competitively and also participated in the school’s volleyball team. Our volleyball coach was a massage therapist and once she started helping us with some of our injuries, I considered massage as a possible career.

After high school I joined the Massage Therapy course at Eastern College and graduated with the skills of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and basic knowledge in Hydrotherapy. I am looking forward to expanding my skills and continuing to learn while helping future clients.
